Srinivas Nyapathy Writes 13 April 2011
Om Sai Ram..
Devotees of Swamy arrived at Prashanti Nilayam, Puttaparthi, anticipating a Darshan on the ausipicious day of Sri Ramanavami, yesterday. It wasn’t to be, as Swamy is still under intensive care, but showing signs of gradual improvement.
Some devotees opined that this is all nothing but Swamy’s leela and that he has taken on someone’s suffering on to him. Others went on and said he is not a mere human being but an Avatar and that he should not be seen as some one in distress or suffering,w hether he is there before us or not , He will be there watching us, guiding us, making us feel his presence amongst us as always.
Other than the care provided by the specialist doctors at the hospital , devotees of Swamy from all over the world and particularly in India have taken to bhajans and fasting, eversince he has been hospitalised 17 days back, praying for his good health and speedy recovery.

This morning’s medical bulletin reads:
Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba who is under treatment in this hospital for multi-organi failure is showing positive but slow response to the treatment given to Him.
He is still on ventilator and is on intermittent hemodialysis. His vital parameters of health are nearly normal.
The continued stable state of health is a matter of satisfaction to the treating team of doctors, although he continues to be critical.
